Black Asos Wrap Dress

Hey everyone! Hope you're all well! This weekend I went home home so I got to see family and have some quality catch up and I also went to a friends engagement party which was really nice! Originally I was going to wear this dress and I'd planned out how I was going to do my hair and makeup and then on the day I did 10 last minute changes and picked a black one shouldered dress instead haha! I then went for curly hair instead of straight and lipgloss instead of a bold red lip :')

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a lovely Valentine's Day weekend! Mine was very relaxed and seemed to revolve around food a lot.. We made cookies, went to Nando's, and also made heart shaped mini pizzas XD 

My Beauty and Makeup Routine

Hey everyone! I hope you're all well and you had a good week :) Mine's been pretty much the same as last week.. I'm still extracting DNA.. I've figured out that I will need to do it for 7 weeks to get through all the samples.. oh dear haha! Today I thought I would share with you some of my beauty and makeup products. Now, I'm quite rubbish with makeup.. for my everyday makeup I only wear eyeliner and mascara.. and then I only do a full face if I'm going clubbing or to a party where I then don't go for a subtle look haha! So because I hardly wear other makeup it lasts me forever and I'm not too adventurous with my choices so if you can recommend anything that would be great! :)

ICE Bar London

Hey everyone! Hope you're all well! I was recently invited to the Ice Bar in London along with a few other bloggers and we had a really nice evening! I'd never been before but I'd always wanted to go and I know a few friends that have been before and said it was quite cool :)

Pale Blue Shirt

Hey everyone! Hope you're all well! This past week has been quite busy at work as I've been trying to do a few experiments at once whilst learning new techniques so I've started doing DNA extractions which is quite cool! But I like keeping busy whilst I'm at work otherwise I feel like I'm just wasting time really :) This weekend I went home home which has been super nice so I've been able to catch up with family and then on Monday I'm going to a blogging event which will hopefully be really fun :)

For today's outfit post I thought I would show this pale blue shirt I picked up from H&M when I went Boxing Day Sale shopping. I picked up a few things from H&M, none which were in the sale haha but this shirt was only £12.99. Even though I can pretty much wear whatever to work as long as my feet are covered so I don't spill nasty chemicals on them it's nice to wear something a bit smarter and then I dress it down a bit with leggings or jeans :)

I like this shirt as it's fitted so it has a nice structured shape. Long gone are the days where we had to wear horrible shirts to school! It's also really comfy and stretchy so I don't feel confined and like I can't move my arms XD

I love Olivia Burton and Daniel Wellington watches, especially the ones with the large clock face however I've always been hesitant as I have quite small wrists so I wasn't sure if it would look funny and I was thinking about getting one anyway but there are so many to choose from! And then when I was in New Look a few weeks ago I noticed this one in store and decided to get it as it was only £12.99 (plus I got 10% student discount woo!) and I love it! I wasn't sure how I'd get on as I never wear watches but if I forget it then my wrist feels really naked haha! I guess when this one falls apart I'll probably splash out on a nicer one :)
