Monochrome Zara Shorts

Hey everyone! I hope you're all well and that you're enjoying the sunshine even if it's really cold! My week has been pretty much the same, filled with experiments and gym haha! I've been set a viva data for my transfer thesis on the 12th March so I need to start revising and fingers crossed I pass and I can continue on with my PhD! 










Today I thought I would share with you these shorts which I picked up from Zara in the January sales for about £12. As soon as I saw them I thought they were really cute and I knew that I wanted them :) Sometimes I wear them with a black tight fitting roll neck or sometimes I'll wear them with this fine knit, dark grey top. I actually have this top in light grey, khaki and navy haha but they were really cheap in Primark and I wear them a lot! I paired the look with my black embroidery boots from Primark and I little blush bag which I picked up in the New Look sale for £5 :)

    Those shorts are so cute! I love how you styled them. I think that by keeping the rest of the outfit black, you've made these Zara shorts a central piece, which is great because they look great on you. This is such an elegant and chic styling. The accessories are also lovely. Wonderful earrings and bag pairing!
