Taking a Stroll and Catching Pokemon

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend! I managed to catch some sunshine on Saturday and I finished re-reading the 2nd Harry Potter book xD and then I went walking around catching Pokemon haha! My best find this weekend was a CP210 Psyduck, woo! I decided to take my camera along on my walks and practice my photography a little bit so I thought I would share some photos with you :)

Hey everyone! I hope you're all well! I had a really nice weekend, I went to London on Saturday to an event with My Favourite Sale and I met some really lovely bloggers as well as the founders. Afterwards I met up with one of my childhood friends after about 10 years so it was really nice to have a little catch up :)

Hey everyone! Hope you're all well! I had another good week in the lab so I got some more significant data and tomorrow I'll be going through it all with my supervisor and seeing what it actually means haha! So that was a good end to the week :)

Striped Shorts

Hey everyone! Hope you're all well! I finally got some data last week with my experiments and the results are statistically significant which is really exciting! I repeated the experiment again so we can check whether it was a one off thing or if the same will happen again so fingers crossed! And then I need to figure out what that actually means haha! I also bought a digital piano which I'm sooo happy about, now I can practice while I'm doing my PhD and hopefully it won't take me too long to get back into playing different pieces and learning new things :)

Graduation Cupcakes

Hey everyone! Hope you're all well! Today I wanted to share a baking recipe with you. I shared this cupcake recipe around Christmas however I wanted to change it a little bit and do something graduation themed. I decided to keep the cupcake base the same but I decided to go for a vanilla buttercream frosting on top with a little graduation cap. I had plenty of icing left over so you could make less or you could go crazy and add more icing :)

Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing well! Ever since I started my PhD I've felt really rushed off my feet and I feel like I'm always neglecting something and I've struggled to get into a routine. It does get me down sometimes as I feel like I'm all over the place and I'm not on top of everything. I feel like I'm slowly getting there but it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. So I decided to stop stressing about everything and I took a little break from blogging/Youtube/Instagram even though I had things ready but it was worth it. I managed to relax and I watched loads of romcoms as I'm a huge sap and I feel a bit more relaxed now :) That's another thing, being at Uni these past few years I'm used to breaking up for the Summer holidays by now but now I have to work all the time so it's just non stop :') How do people do it, why am I so bad at it haha!
