White Crochet Skirt

Hey Everyone! Hope you're all well! I haven't really been doing much recently except seeing friends before they go to Uni/work which has been nice! It also means I've been eating out a lot so I need to start doing some yoga or pop pilates in my room until I move to Southampton and join a gym as I get very tired running up stairs haha! :) 

Today's post features this really pretty little crochet skirt which I picked up in the Topshop sale for around £20. I've been looking for a crochet skirt for at least a year or 2 but I could never find one I liked or that was affordable. I tried one in H&M last year but they didn't have my size which was so annoying! But nevermind I finally found one and it's in petite! It was meant to be :')

I decided to go for all white and wore my trusty white crop top which I wore in my previous post with my Zara skirt. I seem to have a thing for skirts and crop tops or flowery dresses :') Nevermind :) I then wore it with my little flowery sandals from Primark and some statement earrings :)

I have a few busy week and a bit ahead of me, I need to go to Southampton to view some flats, then on Saturday I'm going to Scarlett London's blogging event, and on Monday I'm going to Bloggers Love Fashion Event and then Wednesday I'm going to Joe Brown's Funfair :') Maybe I will see some of you at them! :)

Pink Floral Skirts

Hey Everyone! Hope you're all well :) I had a lovely time in Serbia visiting family but I'm back in England now and I need to start looking for a flat in Southampton so I can move in at the end of September, so boring! 

I bought this skirt years ago in the Zara sale and I still really like it! I have to admit I don't wear it as often as I should as it's figure hugging so sometimes I prefer more flowy styles. It also loses it's shape after one wear so at the beginning of the night it will be fitted and then at the end it will be baggy :') Nevermind I still enjoy wearing and hopefully it will still fit me for the next few years :)

I decided to wear the skirt with my white crop top from New Look that I literally wear with everything :') It's one of my favourite crop tops and I sort of wish I bought another one for when this one falls apart XD I think it's a really nice length and I like the sweetheart neckline :)

Jewellery wise I wore big statement earrings from Primark, studs from Pandora and a little necklace that my aunt bought me a few years ago in Greece. Then to finish the outfit off I wore these heels that I also bought a few years ago in New Look.. They were in the sale and they are verrryy high but I bought them anyway because why not :')

Serbia: Visiting Belgrade

Skupstina (National Parliament, from the time of Yugoslavia)

Hey Everyone! Hope you're well! I'm still enjoying the super hot weather in Serbia, and thought I would share some pictures for you all :)

Both sides of my family live in Belgrade which is the Capital and that's where we usually stay. In the city there's a massive high street called 'Knez Mihajlova' where it's full of shops and cafes etc. All the major buildings are pretty much there too and there's loads of cool architecture.

Kalemegdan (Belgrade Fortress, Usce)

Kalemegdan is the old fortress of Belgrade and it's really nice to walk around especially in the evening when the weather's a bit cooler. You can see parts of the old town and there's a park surrounding it. I wouldn't advise heels as it's cobbled haha!

Skadarlija is nice to visit in the evening for a drink or some dinner. It's a cute litle Bohemian area where poets and artists lived and visited back in the day. It's a little cobbled area packed with mainly traditional cafes and restaurants and you're surrounded by live music. The bands will usually go round each table individually and play violins etc just for you :)

Ada Ciganlia

Serbia is a mainland country so it isn't close to the sea but there are plenty of lakes and rivers where people go to swim and sunbathe. I think a famous one is Srebrno Jezero (Silver Lake) but we usually always go to Ada Ciganlia which is a lake in Belgrade and it's packed with cafes and clubs so you can visit day and night :) There are also loads of big outdoor swimming pools where everyone goes during the day for swimming and sunbathing :)

And then here are some photos from the outskirts of Belgrade where there are loads of mountains and greenery. Serbia is also well known for all of their monasteries scattered around the country :)

So that's a little bit about Belgrade and pretty much what I do when I visit haha! I stay with family and catch up with them, go swimming and sunbathing at the pools or lakes and then in the evening go for a walk in town or around the lakes :)

The Bright Floral Dress

Hey Everyone! Hope you're all well! I'm currently on holiday in Serbia visiting my family and enjoying the 35C heat which is nice :) Today's post is another outfit one and it's this floral dress that I bought aaages ago from Primark but I don't wear it enough :) 

I like these style of dresses as they're comfy and cinch in your waist but are floaty so can hide your food baby if you decide to go out for dinner :) So I always seem to buy and wear these kind of dresses. At first I wasn;t too keen on this dress as it was quite bright but now I wear it every now and again :)

I decided to keep the rest of my outfit simple so wore it with my little black pumps from Primark and then little gold jewellery. My little gold apple necklace is from Accessorize and I have worn it so much over the years that it's started to change colour XD And then my earrings are from Primark which are my go to earrings usually as they're big but very light :)
