DIY Halloween Makeup

Hey everyone! Hope you're well! Today I wanted to share with you a Halloween DIY video where I do some easy wounds. I'm going to a Halloween party on Friday so I wanted to do a test run of my makeup. Obviously I'm not a pro and I'm sure people that know how to do SFX makeup are cringing inside haha! But I'm happy with how it turned out! And I thought it was relatively easy to do and other than liquid latex and fake blood everything else I already had! :)

Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing well! I still have a sniffly cold but I'm feeling much better! Last weekend my best friend and I went to visit our other best friend in her new home. She lives in a really lovely area and the house is so cute! It makes me excited to have my own house one day! We went to Bicester Village which was really cool! Lots of expensive shops that none of us could afford.. maybe one day haha! But I did end up buying some Clinique skincare at The Cosmetic Company Store. I'll definitely have to do my research before I go next time and see what shades I am etc so I know what to get! :)

Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing well! I seem to have a little cold which is so annoying! Hopefully my immune system clears it soon :) I had an important presentation on Monday so I spent days preparing and worrying about it, however luckily it went okay! I don't like presenting as I get so nervous and I trip over my words but I'm hoping that with practice I will get better at it!

I had a really lovely weekend, it was quite relaxed and I spent it with family and I ate so much food and cake and I'm still eating leftover cake and feeling slightly sick haha! I think I will be eating only vegetables for the next month XD

DIY Bronze Plant Pot with Succulents

Hey everyone! Hope you're all well! I've had quite a nice weekend, I went to the pub on Friday with some people from work and then I ended up going home to visit my family the next day which was really nice :) I decided to try and do a little DIY since I was at home and had all of my crafty things however it took much longer than I thought it would haha despite it being so simple! I also kind of underestimated how long it would take for each layer to dry but never mind, better late than never! :)

Hey everyone! Hope you're all well! I've had a really long week in labs but it feels good to be focused on my lab work and doing lots of experiments :) Although on Friday I had to extract DNA from my cells that I've been growing and I hadn't done it before and there wasn't really anyone around to help and I had a student shadowing me so I got all flustered and it took me forever and I'm pretty sure she now thinks I'm useless haha! Friday afternoons are not the right time to be trying new experiments out haha! And then I guess I'll find out tomorrow whether I managed to extract any DNA if not I'll be repeating my experiments again.. joy haha! :)
