Burgundy Lace Top and Bold Lips

Hey everyone! I hope you're all well! I had a very relaxing Saturday.. I literally watched 18 episodes of Vampire Diaries :') And I'm not even sorry hahaha! But that does mean that I have lots to do today which isn't too great XD I thought I would share a little outfit which I thought would be good for Valentine's Day and I thought I'd mention some makeup that I got recently :)

So for my outfit I thought I would keep it quite simple and wear a lace burgundy top and a skater skirt. My embroidered boots would go perfectly with outfit but I didn't own them at the time of these photos so plain heels will have to do XD I thought this outfit was quite sweet and simple :)

I bought a new perfume in the January sales. It is Heat by Beyonce :) I used to own this when I was at school so I decided to pick it up again as it was only £15 :) It's a sweet and strong scent, which I like although I know it's not everyone's cup of tea (aka my dad hates it hehe). So I've currently been wearing that everyday :)

I got the Lancome Hypnose Mascara as a present and I'm still undecided about this mascara.. I guess it's my fault for not doing any research so I didn't realise that there were a few different versions so I asked him to buy this one and it is the Drama one. I find it can be quite clumpy sometimes and it does hold a curl but I don't think it makes my eyelashes look that amazing.. I like long fluttery eyelashes whereas I guess this is more of a dramatic look but it's fine for now :) 

I got a little set of Clinique lipsticks for Christmas and this one is in the shade Cherry Pop. They're really small and cute and this one is my favourite out of the set! They're super moisturising on your lips and this one kind of stains your lips so as it comes off through the day your lips are still that colour so it isn't too obvious to everyone else that you need to reapply.. if that makes sense :) So I quite like it.. although I don't know if I would buy the full sized versions :)

And finally I bought this Speedy Highlighter Stick from Collection.. I think it was about £3 and I bought it because my best friend has it and I liked it and thought it would be good as like a more subtle everyday highlight :)
