Regents Park

Hey everyone! I hope you're all well! On Saturday I went to a blogging event and to be honest I thought it was a bit rubbish. I wouldn't blame it on the girls that organised it but I think it's more that I'm bored of those kinds of events so I've decided to not go anymore, or at least not for a while :)

Pink Coat New Look Primark Bag are blogging events worth it thoughts why I stopped going to networking blogging events

One good thing that did come from Saturday was that Pardis and I went to Regents Park for a little bit beforehand. I haven't been to Regents Park in years and I forgot how nice it is there! I think all the parks in general in London are really nice and I should definitely go more often! We just went for a little walk around, looked at the cool sculptures and took some photos. Afterwards we went to Nando's in Great Portland Street I think and it was so good! The portions were huge and it was all really tasty so we were very happy with that haha! I actually love Nando's haha!
I wish we'd spent a bit longer in London together but there's always next time! I also managed to get a few photos of Pardis despite a lot of protesting! I'm sure he secretly wishes he was a blogger and I was his personal photographer hehe :)

  2. I think events can be fun but a lot of the times, you get so busy you can't always attend. I know personally, I travel so much and I'm always working so it is hard for me to even attend. :) Love your video so much and your photos are gorgeous, I love fall and winter :) http://www.bauchlefashion.com/2016/11/animal-attraction.html

ps. I'd also realised we may live quite near each other! And yes, I'd definitely love to meet up sometime, perhaps in January once the busy festive season is over?! :)

  22. Regends park looks like the perfect place for an Autumn stroll. I really like your light coat. I'm a big fan of light coats in colder months. White and beige coats always pop out in colder months, when most people wears dark ones! You look adorable...and Pardis is cute too.

Great video too. I already commented on YouTube so I won't repeat myself, but yeah- it was fun to watch it.

  44. I agree with you entirely. I've been blogging for years too and I've been invited to events all the time, press days, breakfasts, parties etc, but I don't like them. In the beginning I thought they were great, but as I don't drink and I don't really like parties, I don't enjoy the events. Most of the time they aren't that good and those bloggers do hype them up as it's promotion, but I don't gain anything from them either so I stopped going. I haven't been to a press day in a couple of years and I only attend the events I know I think will be good and worth my time, so just pick and choose what you want to go to, but I'm the same. I'm a professional blogger, doing it as my job, and I don't like them, so at least we're honest with it! I admire you for putting it out there! Travel for me costs loads too as a train ticket to London is like £60! I only go if they pay my travel.

    1. Woah you've been to loads of different events! I've always wanted to go to the breakfasts etc but from the sounds of it they might not be that great either! It's really lovely to hear your opinion on it! And good on you for getting them to pay for your travel, £60 is so much money! :) xx

  45. Hi! You look lovely and the coat is super cute! I have never been in a bloggers event, what they are for?, is this just a party to go out?
I do not think there are many bloggers in Norwich so probably there is not events here :)
